A quick note on our experience: Our son got very ill on our second day at this resort and they went out of their way to take care of us. They sent over the medical team, provided food and extras in our suites as we were unable to leave while he was so sick, and even called a pediatrician to attend to him late in the evening as he wasn’t getting better.
Although this experience was scary, the staff at Heritage Le Telfair provided excellent support and we were super glad to have travel insurance to cover the cost of a pediatrician visit!
